I'm Jen...
a Charleston local, REALTOR®, and the friend you call when you start wondering if life in the Lowcountry might be for you.
Because finding a home isn’t just about four walls and the right number of bedrooms. It’s finding the kitchen everyone gathers in. The sidewalk where little feet learn to ride a bike. The porch where you journal and drink your morning coffee. The backyard where the Carolina summer evenings stretch on and good company lingers. Maybe that’s what finding home is really about... finding the backdrop to your favorite memories.
I’m a wife, mom, creative, and REALTOR® with a heart for helping families find a place where their lives can unfold.
I married my high school sweetheart, Frankie, and together we’re raising our son, Cisco, here in the Lowcountry. Frankie and I are both Charleston Southern University graduates, and Charleston has been the setting for so much of our own story—from growing up and falling in love to building a family of our own.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent years on the creative side of real estate, working alongside agents through branding, website design, photography, and videography. My job was to find what made a home—or a person—special and tell that story well. Now, I get to bring that same creative eye to my own clients.
I think that background is part of the reason I’m always daydreaming a few chapters ahead when I see a home. I imagine the backyard with a table long enough to invite the whole neighborhood over for dinner. The living room taken over by cushion forts on a Saturday morning. The neighborhood trails where your children might wobble along on their bikes until one day you realize you’re running to keep up.
Those things may never appear on a listing sheet, but I think they’re some of the most important things we’re looking for.
